PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia Receives Humanitarian Award on Indonesian Red Cross Day

Bhimasena Power – Batang Power Plant, – PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI) received an award from the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Batang Regency for its contribution in supporting humanitarian activities in Batang Regency. The award was given on Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Day at Safari Beach, Central Java (Dolphin Sigandu Batang) on September 17, 2024.
 
The award was presented directly by the Acting Regent of Batang Regency, Lani Dwi Rejeki to the General Manager of HSE of BPI Josman Ginting. Witnessed directly by the Chairman of the PMI Management of Batang Regency, Achmad Taufik.
 
In her remarks, Lani Dwi Rejeki expressed her appreciation for BPI which has shown a high commitment to humanitarian activities in Batang Regency. "This company has made a very significant contribution to various humanitarian programs, and this award is a form of our appreciation for these efforts," she said.
 
On that occasion, the inauguration of the Voluntary Corps (KSR) members, the release of the Community-Based Disaster Preparedness (Sibat) delegation to Kebumen Regency, and the presentation of awards to several private companies that have contributed greatly to humanitarian activities in the Batang Regency area were also carried out. 
 
The event ended with tree planting to strengthen public awareness of the environment and natural sustainability, as well as closing the PMI Day commemoration activities in the Sigandu Beach area. 
 
For the award, Josman Ginting expressed his gratitude. The award will motivate the management of BPI to continue to support various humanitarian and social initiatives and contribute to the welfare of the community in Batang Regency and its surroundings. 
 
"Thank you to the Batang Regency Government who always synergizes with us in every humanitarian and social program. Through the CSR program, BPI always involves and synergizes with the village government and Batang Regency so that it is right on target, sustainable, has beneficial value and creates community independence.
