Review Investment Japanese Ambassador visits Central Java Power Plant 2 x 1,000 MW Project

 BATANG - Japanese Ambassador to Indonesia, Masafumi Ishii visited the Central Java Power Plant 2 x 1,000 MW  in Batang Regency. Because the power plant project is a very large investment project and is a collaboration between countries. 

 
Masafumi Ishii is very proud to see the development of the power plant project which is owned by two companies from Japan, JPower and Itochu, while Indonesia is owned by Adaro Power. Even the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program has also been very remarkable. 
 
"We are proud of the implementation of PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia's (PT BPI) CSR program. Moreover, being able to see directly at Adiwiyata School, Trash Bank and Village Library, said the Japanese Ambassador to Indonesia, on the sidelines visiting Adiwiyata School, SMP Negeri 2 Tulis, Wednesday (11/13). 
 
It was further explained, that the creations and innovations of the students of PT BPI Adiwiyata were very good, seen from the many works of students that could be used, both food and soft drinks made from materials planted in school gardens. In addition, there is a Micro Enterprise Group (KUB) that forms a Waste Bank in Simbangjati Village, and Village Library (Perpusdes). 
 
On that occasion, Masafumi Ishii took the time to plant a tree in the school estate of SMP Negeri 2 Tulis. In addition, also donated books to 5 BPI-assisted Village Libraries, namely the Simbangjati Village Library, Kenconorejo Village Library, Beji Village Library, Tulis Village Library and Bakalan Village Library. 
 
Central Java CFPP 2 x 1,000 MW 
 
In addition to reviewing the result of PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia's CSR program, the Japanese Ambassador, Masafumi Ishii also saw firsthand the development of the Central Java CFPP 2 x 1.000MW project. The Japanese Government, through its Ambassador, wants to know firsthand the electricity sector investment in Batang Regency. 
 
Masafumi hopes that the 35,000 MW electricity power project launched by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo will be completed in time and can help the Indonesian state in meeting electricity needs. 
 
Masafumi Ishii went straight to look closely at the development of the project with the first Public Private Partnership scheme in Indonesia, which later became the pride of the Indonesian people in general and Batang Regency in particular. 
 
Meanwhile, President Director of PT BPI, Yasuhiro Koide is very grateful for the serious attention of the Japanese government through its Ambassador in Indonesia, towards the Central Java CFPP 2 x 1.000MW project in Batang Regency. 
 
"We are very honored, received special attention from the Japanese Government, for the project that is currently still being built and will help supply electricity for Java Bali by 2 x 1,000 MW." Yasuhiro Koide said in his remarks. 
 
During his visit to the Central Java CFPP 2 x 1.000 MW project, the Japanese Ambassador, Masafumi Ishii was accompanied by Deputy Regent of Batang, Suyono. The Deputy Regent also send his gratitude to Japan for the trust in the large investment in the Batang Regency area.
