PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia Receives Indonesian In-House Counsel Awards 2024
Bhimasena Power, Batang Power Plant - BALI - PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI) as the owner of Batang Power Plant proudly received the prestigious Indonesian In-House Counsel Award 2024 in the category of Indonesia's Most Innovative In-House Counsel Team in Power Plant Sector, which recognizes the company's outstanding role in driving legal excellence and contributing to sustainable business practices. The event, held in Bali on October 17-18, awarded 128 companies that demonstrated excellence in strategy, leadership, and teamwork.
The Indonesian In-House Counsel Awards, hosted by Hukumonline and supported by the Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA), are presented annually to companies that demonstrate excellence in legal management, corporate governance, and the integration of innovative technology into the company's legal framework.
The award recognizes BPI's achievements that highlight the company's commitment to maintaining a strong legal foundation and ensuring that corporate compliance and sustainability initiatives are well integrated into its operations.
The judging process for this award was conducted through quantitative and qualitative methods, focusing on key aspects such as technology adoption, corporate governance standards, and collaborative teamwork within the organization that led by a panel of leading legal experts, including the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and a member of the Special Staff of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
