We are currently looking for a highly qualified and dynamic professional manpower for the following position:

RECRUITMENT & TRAINING OFFICER (RTO)

(1 Person)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement recruitment and training processes according to Company standards
  • Assist the company in achieving strategic goals related to human resources
  • Design and implement employee training and development programs that are relevant to the needs of the company and employees
  • Coordinate with departments related to the recruitment and training process
  • Assess employee training needs and create plans to meet those needs and monitor the effectiveness of training programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee training and development programs
  • Develop and ensure that each training course is evaluated and has data to improve training sessions
  • Provide accurate and timely reports for the recruitment and training process


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law and Human Resource Management, preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in recruitment and training, in the same industry (Steam Power Plant)
  • Minimum GPA 2.8 out of 4.0
  • Having knowledge and skill in developing training needs analysis and training evaluation
  • Able to operate basic computers with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word, and MS-Project)
  • Preferably hold BNSP competency certificate related to HR matter
  • Have good communication skills, oral and written, in English and Indonesian
  • Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills and work independently in a team
  • Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java
