We are currently looking for a highly qualified and dynamic professional manpower for the following position:

INSTRUMENT & CONTROL JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (CODE: ICJT)

Job Responsibilities:

·         Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

·         Carry out repairs, system modifications, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

·         Oversee the I&C workshop, maintaining tools and equipment in ready-to-use condition.

·         Assist in managing and improving maintenance documentation, including SOPs and Work Instructions.

·         Conduct inspections and ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE standards.

·         Support outage activities and continuous improvements to minimize operational disruptions.

·         Perform additional tasks as needed to support organizational objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Physics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial Instrumentation and Control (I&C) maintenance. Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
• Possess knowledge of automation and control systems, including the maintenance of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) equipment.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to respond to and perform emergency on-site assignments as needed.
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
