GA FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (CODE: GA-FMS)

We are currently looking for a highly qualified and dynamic professional manpower for the following position:

GA FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (CODE: GA-FMS)

Job Responsibilities:

·         Monitor and execute maintenance schedule for company facility, including building and general facility, while ensuring the readiness for a safe and efficient work environment.

·         Ensure the implementation of workplace health and safety standards as per regulation and company policies.

·         Provide logistical support for employees from across functions and create plan to overcome challenges.

·         Manage the process of recording and reporting GA assets, ensuring that data updates are performed regularly to maintain an accurate and reliable recording system

·         Ensure all tasks follow and comply with HSE standards.

·         Perform additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.

Job Requirements:

·         Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in related field from Reputable University, with  minimum GPA is 3 of 4.0.

·         Preferably 5-7 years of experience in same field of GA or Facility Management or at least 3-5 years experience in managerial role, and preferably in the same industry.

·         Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project.

·         Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Willing to respond to and perform emergency on-site assignments as needed.

·         Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
